Student creativity development: The role of teacher innovation and intrapreneurial school culture

چکیده
The entrepreneurial leadership of school principals is a top priority for developing teacher innovation. Creativity and innovation in economic learning also need to be developed an intrapreneurial-based culture. This study aims investigate the interconnectedness between principals’ intrapreneurial Innovation, examine role creativity culture public high teachers Indonesia. research was conducted using survey method three schools Jakarta A simple random sampling applied identify participants this research, which comprised 100 teachers. Teacher measured through methods, strategy, services, opportunities. Principal intrapreneurship daring take risks, providing opportunity, being proactive, technology. variables are values, applicable norms, tradition, confidence. data followed validity reliability analysis, it tested multiple linear regression. results indicate that principal’s positively affect innovation, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, development there develop Intrapreneurial Leadership with risk-related courage, as well on compliance norms work organizations.
